Velvia 50 film.
Frames 1 through 16 are from the Dart River trip, a continuation of those from the previous roll, taken on 22 Feb 2003. (Update: frames 10 through 12 are actually from a separate trip up the Rees Valley. The snow-covered peak in 10 and 11 is probably Mt Earnslaw from the other side. Frames 13 through 16 are probably the Remarkables.) Frames 17 through 19 are from the Wye Creek Track, where we climbed up to the intake for the power station. Lake Wakatipu is visible in 18 and 19.
Frames 20 through 23 are of Lake Manapouri, and 24 through 26 are the cat (Licorice) and dog (Blondie) at the Red Tussock Motel. These are also from the 22nd.
Frames 27 through 36 are from several days later, though, jumping to 24 Feb, skipping over the next two rolls of film. These are from somewhere along the road to Milford Sound, where the bus stopped to let everyone out for a walk around, photos, and so forth. (Update: Donn says: "Frames 28-33 are surely The Chasm waterfalls walk; frames 34-36 are probably from the stop we made at the east end of the Homer Tunnel.)
As usual, click on any image for full size version. I like 17 quite a bit despite the camera shake (I took a slow-speed shot to get the water effect).
